Oldest Photo?
This photograph of my great great Grandparents Henry and Charlotte Thiede outside their house in Two Rivers Wisconsin is possibly the oldest photo I have. I found it in an envelope at my mother’s house along with several photographs of people I don’t know. I would not have known who the people in this photo were had my Grandma Green not had the foresight to write, in detail, who the people were and where the photo was taken. I only wish she’d added the date.
Taken in front of Grandpa and Grandma Thiede’s house which was two doors west of Mexico House.

According to the Manitowoc County, Wisconsin Genealogy Website This house may be located at 3rd West Madison in Two Rivers (if that is actually a location).
